Does your company incorporate any sort of technological solution to mitigate the challenges that you mentioned above or any strategy to address them?

Yes, since if we’re talking about efficiency, we’ll need to reengineer our business process and undoubtedly introduce new technologies to automate a manual process. As a result, technology has contributed a lot to enhancing our ability to operate businesses more effectively. The majority of multinational corporations already use the human resource information system. Additionally, we are implanting a new enterprise resource information system as a trial for the operation.

What are some of the technological and process elements that you leveraged to make any of your projects successful?

At my previous company, they implemented My HR area as a new piece of technology. It is a complete information system for human resources. They started this transformation from the Minneapolis headquarters and implemented it throughout the entire organization to increase operational efficiency. After the technology was introduced, we regrettably had to lay off a number of workers due to the process being more automated and effective.

What would be the single piece of advice that you could impart to a fellow or aspiring professional or maybe the senior leaders and CSOs working in the HR space?

As a HR business partners, we should understand the basic aspects of the business. For example, how it operates, about the market competition, and creates business strategy. Knowing about this kind of issue will help us to expand our capability by having the right people and culture in place. Therefore, it’s important to focus on three areas: business, talent, and culture.
